What People Are Saying:

I have dealt with incontinence and pelvic floor issues for 17 years so when I found Arancia I was so excited. Dr. Jess and her team are outstanding! They have been working on me for the last month and I have seen major improvements I never thought I would see. Professional, caring and knowledgeable is how I would define Arancia. If your having any kind of pelvic floor issues, don't wait as long as I did because Dr. Jess and her team can get you back to yourself in no time ❤️

One of the best decisions I made during my pregnancy was working with Arancia PT! Towards the end of my second trimester, I started to have leakage whenever I sneezed, coughed, or laughed. I was miserable. My doula recommended looking into pelvic floor therapy. From the start, I felt very comfortable sharing my story with Autumn, Kori, and Dr. Jess, and learned I was not alone in feeling this way. I felt validated that the discomfort I was feeling could be treated. Working with the team at Arancia has been great - I always feel so welcomed coming in for my sessions, and leave feeling relaxed and ready to take on pregnancy. I’m happy to share I have ZERO leaks now! I also feel much more prepared for labor and delivery with a strong pelvic floor. Thank you to Kori, Autumn, Dr. Jess, and the team at Arancia for such a great experience. I’m looking forward to returning for my postpartum sessions!

Having scoliosis and very little information on the pelvic floor and its function, I was confused and worried when my bladder started to hurt. I went to my OBGYN and primary care physician who referred me to a pelvic floor specialist. I am both amazed and beyond grateful to have found Arancia PT. The staff makes you feel so comfortable and welcome, and provides you with an abundance of knowledge on your own body. Every session is personalized to your progress and needs, and I have never felt better and more in tune with my body. So so so grateful for Dr. Jessica Papa and her amazing team.

As a person who has dealt with tight pelvic floor issues for over 35 years, I am very happy that I found Arancia Physical Therapy. While other physical therapists deal only with a specific area, Arancia works on balancing the entire body using myofascial release techniques. I have learned so much during my sessions and feel so much better, both physically and mentally. I am grateful to Dr. Jess and her team. They are caring, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable.

Thinking about Arancia Physical Therapy gives me nothing but joy. I have many emotions from my recent journey but the biggest one is being thankful. I am so incredibly thankful to have met these amazing, kind, smart, professional, and caring women. This team has transformed my life. I had a child almost three years ago. Sometime postpartum I started having pelvic pain and pressure during my periods. It was so painful and the only thing that helped relieve it was sitting. I talked to my ob about it and she checked things out and determined everything was fine. She told me it’s just that my body changed because I had a baby. So I lived with it. Eventually this pain also started happening after having sex. I updated my ob with this and was told again everything is fine, my body is just different after having a baby. I didn’t have much knowledge to think of anything differently. I trusted my ob and her education. I was sure if there were other options she would have advised me. Everything started getting worse over the past few months prior to treatment. I was experiencing pelvic pain and pressure during my period, after sex, pain during sex, sciatica pain (that only started during pregnancy and came back sometime postpartum) and hemorrhoids that were happening so frequently with any kind of bending movement. Needless to say, this all brought me to physical and mental exhaustion and frustration. I eventually started googling these symptoms and determined it seemed to be linked to my pelvic floor. It was time to advocate for my own health. I just knew this was no longer normal and not just because I had a baby. A few weeks prior to doing the research I saw an Instagram add for Arancia Physical Therapy. I really felt like Dr. Jess understood our bodies, frustration with being told that we just have to accept the issues with our bodies, and that she could help. When I eventually went to research and find a pelvic floor therapist they were one of the businesses that came up and I just knew they were meant for me. So I didn’t look any further and I am so happy with that decision. It was determined that I had some pelvic floor issues and I am absolutely ecstatic to say that I am now pain free. I truly feel like I have my life back. I am physically and mentally better. Arancia treats the whole person and it’s simply amazing. Living in pain is no fun and takes you away from many good moments. As a woman it’s really frustrating to have experienced the pain for as long as I did knowing that it wasn’t necessary. There is so much focus on the baby during pregnancy but never on the woman’s ever changing body! If I had known that seeing a pelvic floor therapist during pregnancy would help with my changing body, delivery, and then seeing them for postpartum care I absolutely would have done this. If I’m being honest, publicly sharing my story is a little scary, but I hope that opening up and sharing can help you and other women too. Sadly, you are not alone and hopefully you can be pain free one day as well. I look forward to a day when there is more education, conversation, and support for women’s bodies and brutal honesty about how much pregnancy affects and changes it. Autumn, Dr. Jess, and Kori you are all wonderful! I sincerely thank you for listening, educating me, and overall helping me to live a pain free life! I am forever great full to have met you all. Just saying, not all heroes wear capes. Some wear Arancia Physical Therapy work shirts. Lol. ❤️

After prostate cancer surgery in September 2024, I began suffering small bowel obstructions with increasing frequency. The consensus in the medical community was that scar tissue from the surgery had caused an adhesion and narrowing of my bowel. Another surgery was recommended to correct it. Even though I was desperate, in survival mode, and afraid to eat, I was not ready for another surgery and began researching alternatives. I found Dr. Jess and Arancia Physical Therapy after reading that Myofascial Release could help break up scar tissue. I particularly wanted someone who had study with John F. Barnes, PT the pioneer of this technique. After my initial assessment with Dr. Jess, I decide to do a course of 14 sessions. In addition to physical therapy, I began working with a nutritionist who radically altered my diet. The combination has worked very well. In the last month leading up to my treatments at Arancia, I suffered three bowel obstructions. Since I began working with Dr. Jess, Kori and my nutritionist, which has been six weeks now, I have not had another bowel obstruction. For me the treatments at Arancia were more than physical therapy alone. They helped me physically, mentally and emotionally - all of which I needed. The repeated bowel obstructions had taken a much greater toll on me than I was aware of. I had lost much of my normal joy in life and optimism for the future. I greatly appreciate the skill, compassion and healing I received from both Kori and Dr. Jess. I don't feel I'm completely "out of the woods" but, I'm out of survival mode. I feel restored to physical, mental and emotional balance and able to make good decisions for my future treatment and I'm very grateful for that.
