Conquer Incontinenceā„¢ by Dr. Jess | Arancia Physical Therapy
By purchasing any offer from the Conquer Incontinenceā„¢ programā€”whether self-study, private coaching, or any course bundleā€”you (herein referred to as "the Client") agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which constitute a binding agreement between you and Arancia Physical Therapy, LLC (herein referred to as "the Provider" or "Dr. Jess").
Engagement & Scope of Services
The Conquer Incontinenceā„¢ program is designed for educational and coaching purposes related to pelvic health and wellness. It does not substitute for direct medical diagnosis or treatment. Coaching is not therapy, medical care, or physiotherapy. Please consult your physician before starting this or any health-related program.
Services may include digital education, guided bodywork instruction, pelvic health self-assessments, 1:1 virtual coaching, and access to private community spaces. The scope of what is included is clearly outlined at the time of your purchase.
You agree to actively participate in your own healing process, including attending sessions on time, completing exercises, and engaging honestly with provided tools and resources.
Private Coaching & Session Terms
If you purchase a package that includes private coaching with Dr. Jess:
- Sessions are to be booked using the provided scheduler.
- Sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom unless otherwise agreed.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hoursā€™ notice will be considered completed and non-refundable.
- Late arrivals will result in shortened session time.
Confidentiality
All private coaching sessions are strictly confidential. We do not share or release client data unless required by law. Recordings (if applicable) are stored securely and deleted after our engagement concludes.
For group sessions, you agree that your image, voice, and shared experiences may be used anonymously for educational or promotional purposes unless you explicitly opt out in writing.
Program Access & Deliverables
Your payment entitles you to access the course materials for the duration stated in your purchase agreement.
Your package may include:
- Self-paced digital course modules
- PDF resources and tools
- Coaching sessions (as specified in your tier)
- Private online community access
Digital access is non-transferable and non-shareable. Any abuse or unauthorized sharing of materials may result in immediate revocation of access without refund.
Investment & Payments
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless an installment plan has been pre-arranged. Accepted forms of payment include major credit cards via secure checkout.
All pricing is listed in USD. Payment processing fees may apply.
Installment plans (if available) require full completion regardless of course usage or engagement.
Refund Policy
Due to the educational nature and digital delivery of this program, all sales are final. There are no refunds except in the case of duplicate purchases or administrative error.
We offer a 14-day action-based satisfaction option for clients who:
- Complete Modules 1ā€“3
- Join and engage in the private community
- Submit all workbook assignments from those modules
- Attend a feedback call with Dr. Jess or her team
If, after completing the above steps, you are still unsatisfied, email your completed assignments to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. Approved refund requests will be processed within 30 days.
No refunds will be considered beyond the 14-day window.
Disclaimer & Disclosures
You acknowledge that:
- Dr. Jess is a licensed physical therapist; however, online coaching is not a substitute for medical care or diagnosis.
- This course is intended for general education and self-care purposes only.
- You should consult a licensed medical provider before beginning any new physical or therapeutic practice.
- This course is not intended to treat, diagnose, or cure any disease or condition.
Legal
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, USA. Any disputes arising will be handled under the jurisdiction of Rhode Island courts.
By enrolling in any part of the Conquer Incontinenceā„¢ program, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from enrolling.
