I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy and the founder of Arancia Physical Therapy. Years ago, frustrated by the limits of traditional therapy, I discovered John F. Barnes' work in Myofascial Release, and everything changed.
I stopped treating symptoms in isolation and started helping women overcome the chronic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, and "mystery" leaks that had defied diagnosis for years. Now I bring that same approach online, so I can help women anywhere.
